Questions Before You Book
Everything you need to know before your visit.

How many pets can be included in a session?
Packages are available for 1–2 pets or 3–4 pets, with or without humans. Please select the package that best fits your group size when booking.

What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard includes one look and one backdrop. Premium includes two looks and two backdrops for added variety and styling.

How do I receive my photos?
After your session, you will receive an online proofing gallery to select your included images. Once selections are made, your professionally edited digital files will be delivered electronically.

Is payment required in advance?
Yes. All portrait sessions are paid online at the time of booking to reserve your date.
05.
How long is a portrait session?
Portrait sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
06.
How many images are included?
Each package includes ten (10) edited digital images as outlined in your booking details. Additional images may be purchased separately.
07.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes! Additional edited images are available for purchase after gallery delivery.
08.
Do you provide all the unedited photos?
No. Only professionally edited images selected from your proofing gallery are delivered. RAW or unedited files are not provided.
09.
What if my pet doesn’t cooperate?
We work patiently and safely with pets. However, session outcomes depend on pet behavior. Treats and favorite toys are encouraged!
10.
What should we bring?
We recommend bringing treats, favorite toys, and any special accessories you’d like included in your session.
11.
Can I reschedule my session?
Rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in your booking agreement. Late reschedules may result in forfeited payment.
12.
What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may reduce your session time. Sessions end at the scheduled time.
13.
Are prints included?
No - prints are not included, only digital.
14.
Can extended family join the session?
Portrait sessions are designed for the booked number of pets and people. Additional participants may require a package upgrade.
15.
Where do sessions take place?
All portrait sessions take place in our on-site studio at Pet Party Palace, featuring themed backdrops and curated setups.
16.
Do you offer themed or seasonal sets?
Yes! We offer rotating seasonal and specialty-themed sets throughout the year. Follow us on social media for announcements.
