Questions Before You Book
Everything you need to know before your visit.

Is self-wash available for all pets?
Self-wash is available for dogs and cats with short coats or small/tiny breeds. Eligibility is confirmed during booking. Pets with thick, matted, or heavy shedding coats are not suitable for self-wash.

Do I need to bring my own supplies?
No — we provide shampoo and towels for drying, for your convenience.

Can I add services during my visit?
Yes! Optional add-ons may be available in-studio, based on availability.

Is payment required in advance?
Yes. All self-wash sessions are paid online at the time of booking to reserve your time slot.
05.
How long is a self-wash session?
Each self-wash session is 30 minutes. Please plan accordingly. Additional time may not be available if another booking is scheduled.
06.
What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may reduce your wash time. Sessions end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest.

Do you offer full grooming services?
No. Self-wash is a DIY bathing station. We do not provide professional grooming, haircuts, or nail trimming during self-wash sessions.
08.
Can aggressive or anxious pets use self-wash?
For safety reasons, pets displaying aggressive behavior may not be permitted to continue. Owners must maintain control of their pets at all times.
09.
What if my pet has fleas or skin issues?
Pets with visible fleas, contagious skin conditions, or signs of illness are not permitted in the self-wash area.
10.
Is supervision required?
Yes. Pet owners are fully responsible for supervising and handling their pets throughout the entire session.
11.
Do you clean up after me?
Basic cleanup is included; however, excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
12.
Can large breeds use self-wash?
Large breeds may not be suitable for our self-wash station. Maximum weight is 100 lbs.
13.
What if I need help during my session?
Our staff may be available for light assistance; however, owners are responsible for bathing and handling their pets.
14.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing your pet’s brush, favorite treats, and any specialty products your pet requires.
