Questions Before You Book
Everything you need to know before your visit.

Do both pet owners need accounts?
Only the booking host is required to create an account. However, all participating pet owners must complete required waivers and submit vaccination records before the session.

What happens if my playdate partner doesn’t complete their form?
The playdate cannot begin until all required waivers and vaccination records are completed. No exceptions.

Can I change my playdate partner after booking?
Yes — updates may be made prior to your session as long as the new participant completes all required documentation.

Is payment required in advance?
Yes. Playdates are paid online at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Is payment required in advance?
Each participating pet owner may bring up to two pets from the same household.

Yes. All playdates are supervised by our trained staff to ensure a safe and structured environment.

For safety reasons, staff may separate pets or end the session early if behavior becomes unsafe. No refunds are issued for early termination due to behavior concerns.

Playdates are intended for socially compatible pets. Pets displaying aggressive behavior may not be permitted to continue.
