How many pets can I bring?
One pet owner may bring up to two pets per session. Pets must belong to the same household.

Is this service supervised?
Yes. All Private Playtime sessions are supervised by our trained staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Can I book this regularly?
Absolutely! Many guests book Private Playtime weekly or as part of a membership for consistent enrichment and exercise.

Is payment required in advance?
Yes. Payment is completed online at the time of booking to reserve your session.

How long is a Private Playtime session?
Each Private Playtime session is 50 minutes.

Can reactive or shy pets participate?
Private Playtime is ideal for pets who prefer a calm, controlled environment. However, aggressive behavior may result in early session termination for safety.

Is my pet off-leash during playtime?
Pets may be off-leash inside the designated play area if deemed safe by staff. Owners must follow all safety instructions.

Do I stay during the session?
Yes. Pet owners remain on-site during Private Playtime sessions.

What vaccinations are required?
All pets must have current vaccinations on file prior to participating.
10.
What if I’m late?
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. Sessions end at the scheduled time.

What happens if my pet damages equipment?
Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet during the session.

Can I convert my session to a playdate with another pet?
Private Playtime is reserved exclusively for your household. For multi-owner play sessions, please book a Playdate service.
