Questions Before You Book

Everything you need to know before your visit.

What’s the difference between the party packages?

Each package builds on the previous one, offering additional décor, activities, keepsakes, and VIP features. Full details are listed within each package description.

Do guests need to submit forms?

Yes. All attending pets must have current vaccination records and a completed waiver on file prior to the party date. No exceptions.

03.

Can I add extras to my party?

Yes! Optional add-ons such as professional photography, custom cakes, personalized keepsakes, and décor upgrades can be selected during booking.

04.

Is payment required in advance?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date.

05.

How many pets can attend a party?

Party packages are designed for a set number of pets (as listed in your selected package). Additional pets may be accommodated for an added fee and must be approved in advance.

06.

How long is a party?

All standard parties are 2 hours.

07.

Do pet owners stay during the party?

Yes. Pet owners must remain on-site and are responsible for supervising their pets at all times.

Can I bring outside food or decorations?

Yes - You can bring outside food and beverages for your guests; however, alcohol is not permitted. Certain decorations (confetti, glitter, open flames, etc.) are not permitted for safety and cleanup purposes.

What if a pet becomes aggressive?

For safety, any pet displaying aggressive behavior may be removed from group activities. Safety decisions are at staff's discretion.

10.

What if a pet damages décor or equipment?

Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet during the event.

11.

What is your cancellation policy for parties?

Due to advance preparation and reserved time, party bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

12.

What happens if a guest pet arrives without paperwork?

Pets without completed forms and vaccination records cannot participate in the party.

13.

Can I reschedule my party?

Rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in your booking agreement. Late reschedules may result in forfeited payment.

14.

Do you provide setup and cleanup?

Yes. Basic setup and cleanup are included. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

15.

Are humans included in the guest count?

Pet limits apply to pets only. Human guest capacity may vary depending on space and safety guidelines.

16.

Is photography included?

Photography may be included in select packages or added as an upgrade. Please review your package details.
