Everything you need to know before your visit.

How do I book a service?

All services are booked online through our website. Each service page includes step-by-step booking instructions, required forms, and what to expect during your visit.

How far in advance can I book?

Booking availability varies by service. Some services, such as pet portraits, require booking at least 5 days in advance. Parties often book several weeks out, so early booking is encouraged.

Is payment required upfront?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.

How do I submit vaccination records?

Vaccination records are uploaded directly during the booking process. All required documentation must be submitted before your service.

Do guests or additional pet owners need waivers too?

Yes. Any pet participating in a service must have a completed waiver and vaccination record on file before the service begins.

How many pets can I bring?

The number of pets allowed depends on the service and package selected. Please review the specific service details carefully before booking.

Can multiple pet owners participate in one booking?

Yes, for certain services such as playdates and parties. Each participating pet owner must complete the required forms in advance.

What happens if paperwork is missing for one pet?

The service cannot proceed until all required documentation is completed. For everyone’s safety, there are no exceptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation window listed on your service agreement. Cancellations outside the policy window will result in forfeiture of payment.

What happens if I’m late?

Late arrival may reduce your session time or result in forfeiture, depending on the service booked. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.

What is your no-show policy?

No-shows forfeit the session without refund or credit.

What if Pet Party Palace needs to cancel?

In rare circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your service or issue a credit.

What vaccinations are required?

All participating pets must have current, age-appropriate vaccinations as required during booking. Documentation must be provided prior to service.

Can aggressive or reactive pets participate?

For the safety of all pets and owners, pets showing aggressive behavior may be removed from group activities. Certain services may not be suitable for reactive pets.

Are sick pets allowed?

No. Pets showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc.) may not participate. This policy protects all pets visiting Pet Party Palace.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to limited booking availability and upfront preparation, services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Can I bring decorations, treats, or outside vendors?

In rare circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your service or issue a credit.

 Are humans allowed in all services?

Some services are pet-focused, while others allow multiple pet owners. Please review the service details for participation guidelines.

 Is supervision required?

Pets must remain under their owner’s supervision at all times unless otherwise stated for a specific service.

Yes, add-ons may be available depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to enhance your experience.

Do you offer private bookings?

Yes. All services are considered private bookings.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure online booking system.

How often is the ball pit cleaned?

Our ball pit cleaning schedule is based on usage and routine inspection — not just the calendar. We perform a full ball pit sanitation after approximately 20 participating pets, or every 4–6 weeks, whichever comes first. In addition to full cleanings, the ball pit is: Visually inspected daily Spot-cleaned as needed Monitored between sessions for debris or moisture If usage increases, cleaning frequency increases accordingly. Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic play environment at all times.

What happens if my pet has an accident?

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Cleaning supplies are readily available for your convenience. Our team will assist with final sanitizing to ensure the space remains safe and enjoyable for all guests. There is a separate trash bin for waste.

What cleaning products do you use at Pet Party Palace?

We take cleanliness and safety very seriously. Pet Party Palace is cleaned and sanitized using professional products commonly used in veterinary clinics and animal care facilities. Our primary disinfectants include OdoBan® and Rescue™, both trusted by animal professionals for their effectiveness against bacteria, viruses, and odors.

Why do you use these products?

These products are designed specifically for environments where animals are present. They help eliminate germs and odors while maintaining a clean and healthy space for pets and their people. Are the products safe around pets?

Yes. When used properly according to manufacturer directions, these disinfectants are safe for use in pet environments. All areas are allowed to fully dry before pets enter the space.

How often do you sanitize the facility?

Surfaces, play equipment, and common areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day and between services to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.
